Amico Construction’s role for the renovations were as follows: Phase 1 was the rear building expansion (21,100 SF) which had the warehouse, tire storage, parts storage, delivery dock, boat bays and wash bays. Phase 2 was the front/rear building expansion (10,100 SF) which expanded the showroom to feature fit ups from Indian, BMW, Triumph and Ducati. Amico Construction was also charged with the renovations of the offices, board room, kitchen, washrooms, existing showroom and service/assembly area.
